Until there are a lot more raw foods restaurants and restaurants that have raw foods recipes on their menus, here's a page you can print out and keep with you. It makes it easier to get something raw-foods-friendly when you're in some non-raw-foods restaurant. Hand it to the waiter or waitress, or fax it ahead next time you're invited for dinner by someone who is not into raw foods. It's a great all-purpose salad recipe. If/when you use this, let us know how it worked!
